Mr Trump met Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at his Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago, after the President-elect promised to slap Canadian imports with tariffs. "It's the unpredictability of Trump that makes him a great diplomat," Mr Bond said. "You don't really know what he is going to do at any given time, so it encourages you to negotiate with him before he makes up his mind."
