Republican candidate Donald Trump says the 2024 US presidential election is the “most important” in the country’s history. “This is going to be the most important election in the history of our country,” Mr Trump said. This comes as Kamala Harris will today do her first TV interview since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee, alongside her running mate Tim Walz.
