Donald Trump defends debate performance

The Kamala Harris campaign has mocked former US president Donald Trump for refusing to commit to another debate.   The Republican candidate declared there would not be a second debate between the pair yesterday. The Harris campaign has called the former president a ‘chicken’ for backing out. Donald Trump has dismissed suggestions senior Republicans were critical of his debate performance.
