Former White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney says Donald Trump gave a “subdued” speech at the Republican National Convention. Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow that Donald Trump has clearly been “changed” by the near-death experience at his rally last week. “He’s a different man than I’ve known for the last seven or eight years.”
