Donald Trump: Joe Biden’s presidency was ‘taken away’ by Democrats

Former US President Donald Trump held a press conference at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday afternoon where he slammed the Democrats for “taking the presidency away from Joe Biden.” Donald Trump said at his press conference that US President Joe Biden had "the right to run" for re-election. “Whether he could win or couldn’t win, he had the right to run and they took it away,” Trump said. Donald Trump also attacked Vice President Kamala Harris who did not "receive one vote for president." “We have somebody that hasn’t received one presidential vote, and she’s running,” he said. “That’s fine with me, but we were given Joe Biden, and now we’re given somebody else.” Kamala Harris became the Democrat nominee after Joe Biden suspended his re-election campaign due to pressure from the party because of his cognitive decline.
