Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has urged his supporters at a rally in North Carolina to “get out and vote”. “If you don’t vote, then bad things could happen – you’ll be very depressed,” Mr Trump said at a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina. “I didn’t come here looking for your money – I don’t need your money; I don’t want your money. “All I want you to do is get out and vote.”
