DP: We have a dysfunctional national intelligence service

We have a dysfunctional national intelligence service! These are the words of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua who now says the NIS failed to advise him and the president that Kenyans would reject the Finance Bill leading to protests. According to Gachagua, the intelligence service instead fed him with lies linking him and former president Uhuru Kenyatta to the chaos. The DP has to this end called for the resignation of NIS director general Noordin Haji, whom he has claimed is suffering from an inferiority complex.
