Dr. Baryomunsi lauds Kazo district LC V Chairperson - Contributes 8.5M of the 21M needed

The Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, has expressed admiration for the exemplary service of Kazo district LC V chairperson, Rtd. Rev. Samuel Mugisha Katugunda, in serving the nation and ensuring the education of his siblings. Notably, his elder son has achieved the distinguished rank of professor. Dr. Baryomunsi attended the thanksgiving service for Katugunda and his family at Kazo Church of Uganda in Kazo district.
