DR. HILAIRE CLEARS AIR ON CIP INFRASTRUCTURE OPTION AND BEMAX

Saint Lucia's investment minister Ernest Hilaire addressed parliament Tuesday, defending the Citizenship by Investment Programme amid opposition claims that the CIP is mired in controversies. At the center of the latest UWP allegations is the infrastructure option to undertake construction projects which include homes for ordinary Saint Lucians.
