Drivers abandon cars in Palisades Fire evacuation

"Get out of your car if you want to live." That's the chilling warning drivers trying to evacuate during the #PalisadesFire were given as they tried to navigate traffic gridlock in Pacific Palisades. Many drivers abandoned their cars, some of which were later cleared out of the way by a fire department bulldozer. The fire started on a day of red flag warnings with some of the strongest winds expected overnight.
