Dutton-Littleproud government will ‘get on with the job’ regarding nuclear energy

Nationals Leader David Littleproud says the Coalition will go to the Australian people for a “mandate” if the government can’t reach a bipartisan decision on the nation's energy future. “We’ll go to the Australian people and expect a mandate,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Australia. “What we will do is expect that mandate is respected by state governments and the parliament. “If that mandate is provided to a Dutton-Littleproud government, we’re going to get on with the job.”
