Dying screams of minister, children haunt neighbours

Farfan Street residents are disputing claims by the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service That there was no water in the taps when the fire erupted at Lisa Morris-Julian's residence yesterday. As they grapple with the tragedy, neighbours believe if the fire service responded sooner, Lisa and her children could have been saved. Kay-Marie Fletcher brings this report.
