E-Booster Programme:Innovators to compete for UGX 3 billion

Innovators are encouraged to consider the underserved while developing ICT solutions. This call was made during the launch of the second phase of the e-booster program, a partnership between the Uganda Communications Commission and Makerere University Business School.
