EAC bloc’s legal advisor says SG Mathuki is still in office

The legal advisor to the East African community Dr Anthony Kafumbe has advised that the outgoing secretary General Dr Peter Mathuki is still in office until the proposed designated by Kenya is approved by the summit heads of state.
