EAC BLOCK: Somalia is required to sign the treaty of accession

Somalia has today deposited her instrument of ratification on the treaty of accession to the East African Community to the EAC Secretary General Dr. Peter Mathuki at the EAC headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania. This marks Somalia's final step to becoming the bloc's eighth partner state.
