EALA PLENARY SITTINGS OPENED: PRESIDENT MUSEVENI EMPHASIZE THE NEED OF A POLITICAL FEDERATION OF EAC

President Yoweri Museveni has emphasized the need for the East African Community to have a political federation saying their strategy was to address the problem of poverty and strategic security. He was addressing the opening the specail session of the East African legislative assembly at state house Entebbe. President Museveni said if the federation had taken off as aspired in 1963 all chaos in East Africa would not have happened.
