Earlier prep for hurricane season a good decision

Government's decision to move the national hurricane season preparations from June 1 to May 1 has been a step in the right direction. Minister of Home Affairs and Information Wilfred Abrahams says the decision made two years ago, has been bearing fruit given that intense weather systems have been forming earlier than usual in recent years.
