East coast airports prepare for traveller influx

Airports on Australia's east coast are today expecting one of their busiest days of domestic travel this year. Almost 300,000 people are expected to pass through Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne Airport on Friday. Thousands of people are making their way to Melbourne for the AFL Grand Final. The NRL semi-finals in Sydney over the weekend will also see thousands of people in attendance.
