Eastern Cape Agriculture | Commercial farmers hold annual congress

Agriculture Minister John Steenhuisen and Eastern Cape MEC Nonceba Kontsiwe met the province's farmers, at the annual Agri Congress held in Jeffrey's Bay. It brings together members of 98 affiliated associations representing over 3,000 commercial farmers, across the province. The two-day meeting comes at a time when the foot and mouth outbreak threatens operations around Kouga, and surrounding farms. eNCA's Ncaba Ntlanganiso was there and filed this report.
