Eastern Cape Premier makes little change in his executive council

Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane says the next five years will either make or break the African National Congress-led province. Mabuyane was addressing delegates and the media attending the announcement of Members of his Executive Council. Sibulele Ngongo and Ntandokazi Capa are the two new faces.
