Eaton Fire victim died holding garden hose, family says

Shari Shaw said she feels helpless knowing that her only brother Victor could not escape the raging flames of the Eaton Fire. Through tears, she described how Victor died trying to protect his home. The 66-year-old's body was found in front of his house, a garden hose still in his hand.
