Efforts are being made to screen children for eye problems in their first year of primary and secondary school. This disclosure from General and Pediatric Ophthalmologist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Dr. David Callendar. Speaking at the QEH Public Health Talk, Doctor Calendar noted there can be difficulties identifying children below the ages of six to seven with vision problems.
