Elections offices accept Vote-by-Mail ballots in Broward, Miami-Dade Counties

CBS News Miami's Peter D'Oench talks to voters who turned in their Vote-by-Mail ballots at elections supervisors' offices Monday. There are nine sites in Broward County and three in Miami-Dade County. Those ballots can be dropped off at their precincts or elections offices by 7 p.m. Election Day.
