ELECTORAL COMMISSION BEGINS DEMARCATION FOR 2025-2026 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS COUNCILS ELECTIONS

The Electoral Commission has officially commenced the demarcation of electoral areas for the 2025-2026 Local Governments Councils elections The Chairperson of E.C, Justice Simon Byabakama, also announced increment of the polling stations from over 35000 in the electoral season of 2020/2021 to 45,000 in the fourth coming 2025/26 general elections.
