Electricity Tariffs | Afriforum takes NERSA to court

Lobby group Afriforum has taken energy regulator, Nersa to court over electricity tariff increases. The increase is set to kick in from the first of July. Afriforum wants the high court to stop Nersa from considering municipalities' applications for electricity price hikes without the mandatory cost studies.
