Elsie G. Attafuah’s tour of duty as Resident Representative at the United Nations Development Programme's (UNDP) for Uganda has come to an end. Starting from a challenging period of Covid19 in 2019, Elsie leaves on a high note after accomplishing several of those tasks that were laid before her. Mildred Tuhaise explores some of her contributions at the helm of UNDP.
