Emergency bushfire warning re-issued for Western Victoria

An emergency bushfire warning has been re-issued in Western Victoria's Grampians region. The out-of-control bushfire is threatening the communities of Watgania and Mafeking. Residents in those areas are being told to leave immediately. Authorities provided an update earlier today saying bushfire conditions could worsen when temperatures soar across the state over Christmas.
