Emmanuel Macron moves from ‘one blunder to the next’

Webster University assistant professor Ralph Schoellhammer says French President Emmanuel Macron started as a “popular politician” and is now a “very unpopular politician”. Mr Macron called for a sudden election after dissolving the National Assembly earlier this month. “He knows how to present himself – visually, he is very appealing, but as a politician, I would say he has moved from one blunder to the next,” Mr Schoellhammer told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
