She says that isn’t true and that emotions are not the enemy. She shares how to manage your emotions and thrive in life. Plus -- today’s culture teaches men to not show their emotions as a way to appear strong. But former NFL player turned trauma therapist Dr. Jay Barnett says that’s not a good idea.
