Empowering ghetto communities - Dwellers urged to join SACCOs to benefit from government funds

Various SACCO leaders in Nansana and Kasokoso have been warned against soliciting for money from beneficiaries of the President's Ghetto Empowerment and Development Programme. The warning was issued by the Presidential Advisor on Ghetto Affairs, Maj. Emmanuel Kutesa while meeting with residents of those localities.
