Empowering ghetto dwellers - Verification exercise for their identities is underway

Youths living in ghettos have been warned not to misuse government funds meant for sustainable development, the message was delivered by the Presidential Advisor on Ghetto and Market Affairs Maj. Emanuel Kutesa while visiting these places and analyzing the names of ghetto youths to see who should receive the presidential funds.
