Empowering the boy child - Boys of Nsooba East, have been supported by the Rotary Club of Bukoto

Government has been challenged to strengthen collaboration with non-state actors to ensure that the boy child is empowered and uplifted. This call comes at a time when focus is also shifting to the boy child and grounds that boys are being left behind with emphasis only placed on the girls.
