The early deployment of security around Namugongo shrines has instilled confidence in the business community, with people optimistic about the safety of their valuables. Security patrols are steadily ramping up in preparation for the Martyrs' Day celebrations in Namugongo. Various security agencies, including the Uganda Police Force, Special Forces Command, Counter Terrorism units, and the military, are enhancing their presence.
