Enhancing profitability in fishing industry - Minister Adoa recommends special fund for the sector

The state minister for Fisheries, Hellen Adoa, has expressed the need for a special fund to support the fishing industry. While officiating at the conclusion of the GIZ project, the Sustainable Fisheries Initiative, in Jinja District, she reiterated that existing government development programs are insufficient for the fishing community.
