Environmental protection - Duty bearers argued to implement presidential directives

The deputy RDC Lwengo district Charles Lwanga has asked Ugandans especially duty bearers as far as environmental conservation is concerned to implement the presidential directive on environmental protection without fear or favor. President Museveni in the recent past issued a set of directives with the aim of persuading Ugandans to protect the environment through tree planting, controlled charcoal burning and staying away from wetlands. According to Charles Lwanga in light of the saphocating climatic conditions, it is important for duty bearers to implement these directives.
