Limited access to justice for the poor, significant salary disparities among public servants, and multiple taxation have been highlighted as major barriers to equality in Uganda. These findings, along with other challenges, were outlined in the 11th Annual Report by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) on the state of equal opportunities in the country, launched today in Kampala.
