Escalation fears spike as Hezbollah vows retaliation for pager attack

There's shock and grief in Lebanon after pager blasts that killed 12 people and wounded more than 2,500. Hezbollah and the Lebanese government are blaming Israel. Hezbollah has called the attack which targeted its members a “criminal aggression” and has promised revenge. Hospitals have been overwhelmed with an influx of patients.
