Eskom takes Joburg City Power to court over unpaid debt

Eskom is taking City Power to court for allegedly defaulting on its payments. According to the utility, City Power owes just over one-billion-rand and it's not the first time the entity has defaulted. But the City of Joburg has countered with claims that Eskom owes it over 3-billion rand.
