EThekwini municipality needs R130 to resolve infrastructure challenges

eThekwini Municipality needs billions of rand to upgrade its failing infrastructure, in order to resolve the many problems plaguing the metro. That's according to mayor Mxolisi Kaunda. He estimates that eThekwini will need around 1-hundred and 30 billion rand to achieve this.
