EU to support Uganda’s green future -Tto rehabilitate Nalubaale Hydro Power plant

The European Union ambassador to Uganda, Jan Sadek, has reaffirmed the EU’s commitment to supporting Uganda’s transition to clean energy. Speaking at the launch of Green Diplomacy Week, an event dedicated to promoting sustainable transport, biodiversity conservation, and climate action awareness, Sadek announced plans to rehabilitate the Nalubaale-Kiira hydropower plant as part of efforts to enhance renewable energy production and reduce carbon emissions in Uganda.
