EV makers face slowing demand, but sellers at New York auto show optimism about future prospects

Global electric car sales rose 31 per cent last year according to market research - a slower pace of growth compared to a 60 per cent expansion the year before. In the face of challenges, industry experts and sellers at the New York International Auto Show maintain that the future is electric, even if there are some bumps along the road to get there.
