Ex-Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte arrested over drug killings

Former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has been arrested under an international criminal court warrant. The warrant accuses him of crimes against humanity in regards to his "war on drugs" from 2016 to 2021. He is accused of overseeing more than 12,000 illegal killings, many were carried out by what's being called "death squads."
