Ex-WP cadre admits wanting Raeesah Khan to lie more as party lacked plan to come clean

Former Workers' Party cadre Yudhishthra Nathan admitted that he wanted ex-MP Raeesah Khan to maintain her lie in parliament, because he didn't think the party leaders had a "suitable plan" to deal with her coming clean about her false anecdote. On day six of the trial involving WP chief Pritam Singh, the defence continued to question Mr Nathan's credibility and requested that his chat logs with Ms Khan between 4 and 12 October 2021 be submitted as evidence.
