In April 2019, Gurpreet Singh called 911 and reported that he found his wife, her parents, and her aunt shot to death in their apartment in West Chester, Ohio. A massive police investigation unfolded and quickly police zeroed in on Singh as the prime suspect in the murders of Shalinderjit Kaur, Parmjit Kaur, Hakikat Singh Pannag, and Amarjit Kaur.
