Experts cast aspersions on CS Duale's directive

Experts have cast aspersions on the order by Environment cabinet secretary Aden Duale to have all asbestos roofs from all buildings in the country removed within 3 months. They argue that Kenya does not have enough capacity to execute this. They argue that the country ought to have disposal pits to bury the asbestos at least 12 feet below the surface due to the health risks associated with asbestos including lung cancer and other respiratory diseases.
