Experts share ideas at Asia-Pacific Transplant Oncology Symposium

It was the first time that this symposium was held in China. Transplant oncology, according to experts, is an evolving treatment ideal for patients suffering from various cancers with poor prognosis. The concept essentially is the complete removal and replacement of a diseased organ with that from a healthy donor in order to improve the patient's lifespan and quality of life.
