Externalization of labour - MPs recommend for creation of more youth skilling centers

Some Members of Parliament are in support of President Yoweri Museveni’s statement on youth travelling to other countries for jobs. A workers representative in parliament Charles Bakabulindi says this can be achieved through identifying talent exhibited by the youth. The woman Member of Parliament Ssembabule Mary Begumisa says young people can at least looks for jobs in US and Canada but not those of UAE where they are being oppressed.
