Extreme fire warnings in place for parts of Victoria

Country Fire Authority Chief Officer Jason Heffernan discusses the extreme fire danger warnings facing parts of Victoria. “The temperatures we are seeing with the winds that are predicted, anything could happen anywhere in Victoria today,” Mr Heffernan said. “Today is not a day to be complacent, follow the direction of authorities and listen to your emergency broadcaster. “Fires, if they do start, will move very rapidly.”
