F&B outlets looking at measures to counter slow business during wet weather

Food and beverage establishments say having more permanent shelters and rainy day discounts may help keep customers during the wet weather season. One outlet CNA spoke to said reservations have dropped by half because of persistent rain in recent weeks. While they are at the mercy of mother nature, industry players are hopeful the wet climate will not dampen the year-end festive spirit. Charlotte Lim reports.
