The families of three people stabbed to death in Nottingham last year have met Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to call for a wide-ranging public inquiry. The relatives of Grace O'Malley Kumar, Barnaby Webber and Ian Coates also met the Labour leader, the home secretary and justice secretary in Westminster. Valdo Calocane, who had a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia, was given a hospital order after being convicted of manslaughter over the killings, which took place on 13 June 2023.
